Presidential Boulevard Pedestrian Bridge Unveiling March 9, 2004
The City Avenue Special Services District will celebrate the unveiling of Presidential Boulevard Pedestrian Bridge on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. The event will be held at the base of the bridge on the 555 City Avenue (Lower Merion) side. The inclement weather date is March 10, 2004 at 2:00 p.m.
The City Avenue Special Services District rehabilitated the bridge, which is owned by PENNDOT. The work included the removal and remediation of lead based paint; repainting the bridge in blue, installing new fencing, and installing a "City Ave" gateway sign. The Presidential Boulevard Pedestrian Bridge will now serve as an attractive gateway to the City Avenue area from the I-76 interchange."

Mike Hagan will speak at a Saint Joseph's University
Entrepreneurs' Forum Executive Lecture Series event on February 26, 2004
at 6:00 p.m. at the Haub Executive Center of McShain Hall at Saint Joseph's
University. The cost of the event is $20. Mr. Hagan is Chairman of the Board
of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of NutriSystem, Inc. Prior to joining
the Company, Mr. Hagan was the co-founder of Verticalnet, Inc., a business-to-business
internet and software company, and held a number of executive positions at
Verticalnet since its founding in 1995, including Chairman of the Board from
February 2002 to the present, President and Chief Executive Officer from
January 2001 to February 2002, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer from January 2000 to January 2001 and Senior Vice President prior
to that time. Prior to founding Verticalnet, Mr. Hagan was a Vice President
and senior manager at Merrill Lynch Asset Management from 1990 to 1995, and
worked for Bristol Meyers Squibb from 1988 to 1990. Mr. Hagan is a director
of Verticalnet, Inc.(Nasdaq: VERT), a director of American Financial Realty
