The CityAve District is proud to promote the City Avenue area The CityAve District offers the best of both the city and the suburbs. The District is home to Saint Joseph's University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord and Taylor, a variety of specialty shops, numerous class A office buildings and apartment complexes. The CityAve area contains over 2.9 million square feet of office space and a variety of hotels, including the Hilton.
The District publishes a quarterly newsletter, "CityAve news", which provides updates and information about the District and our businesses,
institutions and residents. To be added to the mailing list, email your contact info and request to daynatolbert [at] cityave.org. Story ideas and comments should be e-mailed to jmilani [at] cityave.org.
The City Avenue Business Alliance (CABA) was created by the District to provide its members opportunities to network with other City Avenue area businesses. A wide range of dynamic businesses and professionals make for a fantastic networking environment. In addition, CABA gatherings often feature interesting speakers on relevant topics. Please visit www.caba-online.com for more information about CABA events.
A District-wide survey was distributed in August 2006. District members’ input is both relevant and critical to the direction our organization takes and how City Avenue grows. We continue to seek input from business owners, professionals and residents who live, work and learn in the District.
New businesses in the District are encouraged to contact the District office at 610-747-0311 or email us. We are pleased to be able to post a notice about your business on our website and will assist you with your marketing efforts when the opportunity arises. We also are glad for the opportunity to personally welcome you to CityAve.
