The City Avenue Special Services District is proud to promote the City Avenue area, which is uniquely situated in the Philadelphia area, offering the best of the city and the suburbs. The District provides a wide range of services to area residents and employees. The District is home to Saint Joseph's University and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord and Taylor, a variety of specialty shops, numerous class A office buildings and apartment complexes.
The District publishes a periodic newsletter, "cityavenews", which provide updates and information about the District and our businesses, institutions and residents.
The City Avenue Business Alliance (CABA) was created by the City Avenue Special Services District to provide its members opportunities to network with other City Avenue area businesses. Please visit www.caba-online.com for more information about services and resources available.
A District-wide survey was mailed in August 2006. District members’ input is both relevant and critical to the direction our organization takes and how City Avenue grows.
