Classes are tailored to individual students learning styles and physical capabilities. **Jano** is a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, a member of Alexander Technique Individual and has been teaching since 1990. Jano has been studying tai chi with Maggie Newman (master student of Cheng Man Ching, who developed the short yang form) for over 30 years.
