Jay Scott, Co-Executive Director and Elizabeth Romaine, Director of Communications and Public Relations of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation shared how they use storytelling to strengthen their brand and build awareness through social media. This session highlighted how to create a following on social media and utilize this platform for successful outreach.

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation‘s mission is to raise money and awareness of childhood cancer causes, primarily research into new treatments and cures. Also, to encourage and empower others, especially children, to get involved and make a difference for children with cancer. ALSF shares the vision of their founder and creator, Alexandra “Alex” Scott—a cure for all children with cancer.
