Dr. Jay S. Feldstein took office as the 8th president and CEO of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine on July 1. He succeeds Matthew Schure, PhD, who joined PCOM in 2001. We now welcome him on to the City Ave Special Services District Board of Directors.
