Meet Scott Isdaner, the Managing Member of Isdaner & Company, LLC, a certified public accounting firm based in Bala Cynwyd. He became the Managing Member in 2002 and has been with the firm since 1986. The firm turned 50 recently and is among a small number of full service accounting firms that are locally owned and operated that has remained independent.
What are 3 words to describe your company? Independent, exceptional, quality.
What is your favorite part of the job? Helping clients successfully transition their business.
What is your proudest moment at work? Receiving a call from a client recognizing the value of services provided by one of our staff.
Do you have a favorite line from a movie? “Gentlemen: There can be no fighting here. This is the War Room.”
What is your favorite travel spot? Japan.
If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? Thanksgiving Dinner!
What is your favorite thing to do in the area? I love to visit art museums and galleries.
What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this? I would own an art gallery.
Do you have a philosophy on life? To live life to the fullest.
Is there anything that stands out to you about the City Ave District? I have worked in the District for over 30 years and am grateful for the many personal friendships and business relationships that I have developed here.
